Which is more effective for weight loss, riding a stationary bike or walking with light weights?

I have been power walking a mile using 2 pound weights, and I have incorporated some kicking, and knee lifts while doing the mile, but I have recently gotten an exercise bike and have been doing a few miles on that. My question is which exercise is more effective for long-term weight loss, and toning?

The stationary bike unless you pedal like lance armstrong.
For long time cause you to the muscle but it is really toned so whatever floats your boat would try both maybe walking 3x week biking 3x week with.
